4. Self-Assessment Forms and Helpsheets
Can’t find the form you’re looking for? Need more help? You can contact HMRC by calling 0330 200 3310 (or +44 161 931 9070 from outside the UK). You will need to have your National Insurance number and Self-Assessment Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) at hand when you call.
Please note: HMRC’s helplines can get very busy, especially during peak times. Call charges may also apply and can vary depending on your phone provider and whether you’re calling from a mobile or landline. You can view a list of call charges and phone numbers here.
